Established in 2018, the Panchita’s Place family-run eatery brings the familial passion of food to your table.

At the heart of Panchita's Place is Francisca Santos, affectionately known as "Panchita." Born and raised in Peña Colorada near Matamoros, Puebla, Panchita learned the art of cooking at a young age. Today, she inspires us all with her culinary prowess, turning simple dishes into flavorful feasts with the help of her son-in-law, Chef Jose Zosayas.

Together, Panchita and Chef Jose honor their heritage with every dish they serve. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of home-cooked goodness and the warm hospitality of a family kitchen.

One taste of Panchita's Mole Poblano, a recipe passed down through generations, and you'll understand why it's their most requested item. Made with love and steeped in tradition, this iconic dish keeps the belly happy and the heart full.

Panchita's Place also offers an array of dishes, from savory Poblano pulled chicken to the innovative guashmole rojo. And be sure to pair your meal with one of their signature cocktails, like the refreshing Coco Guava Margarita or the Pitaya Margarita.

Whether you're a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, Panchita's Place invites you to experience the flavors of Puebla in every bite. It's more than just a meal—it's a celebration of family, tradition, and the joy of good food.
