Elodia's journey began in la plaza, where she ran a taco stand in the very small mercado, dreaming of breaking barriers already preset for women. Despite societal obstacles and familial skepticism. In the late 80s, she courageously ventured to New York City, drawn by the promise of new opportunities and more importantly, independence. Working diligently alongside her uncle in a hot kitchen, Elodia meticulously saved every penny to realize her dream of entrepreneurship.
